GOD MAKE ME THINNER.
sure i look thin at this pic. i dont know whats wrong with the mirror or the camera or the pose im doing that makes me look so thin. but in real, im not. sorry.
breakfast today: caffe, half a grapefruit
lunch: soup, 2 crackers(bad!!)
middle: keso, some chinacracks(also bad)
middle(again): an apple, some nuts, some sallad with fetacheese(bad!!!), tomato, gurka and olive oil.
i know its good to eat like 5 times a day, because it keeps the bodys fatburn or so working better then if u starve yourself, because then the body doesn "burn" that much. and as long as i eat really healty food its OK, but if I wanna loose weight i got to be more strict.
today the food than i've eaten have been good. except the crackers, chinasnacks and fetacheese. but im pretty proud of myself. and i also had a walk for half an hour today.
and i dont feel stuffed.
GOOOD. so long. but oh, i cant wait til it starts to show on my body... happyhappy.
